Review models from all trades for coordinationpurposes.A successful candidate will be responsible for:Prepare detailed HVAC piping drawings for fabrication and installationCommunicate with Field Managers to ensure project design requirements andfield needs are metAttend and effectively participate in coordination meetings both in house andwith project teamsFollow MTech Mechanical detailing CAD standardsUnderstand and establish positive and functional job relationshipsEffectively participate on MTech Mechanical team to satisfy the customer'sneedsCommunicate effectively with internal and external customersInvolved in assisting detailers to gain knowledge of the 3d coordinationprocessRegular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet therequirements of this positionOther duties as assignedQualified candidates will possess the following education and experience:2-5 years' work experience creating detailed piping fabrication andinstallation drawings, with a 2 year degree preferredAutocad experience required, Autodesk Fabrication experience preferredRevit and Navisworks knowledge preferredAccurate evaluation of structural, architectural, electrical, mechanicaland plumbing systemsKnowledge of HVAC piping systems and design sizing requirements.Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environmentGeneral computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Word,Xcel and BluebeamAmericans with Disability SpecificationsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must bemet by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of thisjob.
