Department: Off-Road Autonomy

The Off-Road Autonomy division is a worldwide leading provider of high-performance positioning and orientation technologies, based on GPS and other technologies, applied to many off-road autonomous machinery applications. The vision of this division is to bring full autonomy solutions to our target industries including but not limited to agriculture, constructions, ports, mining, airports, and distribution centers.

Job Summary

The Product Manager will help in driving the long-term vision and product strategy for the Off-Road Autonomy product line. They will also work with customers, relevant internal participants, and other stakeholders to ensure we are creating the most value for our clientele. Delivering product success will be measured by revenue growth, market position, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a three-generation roadmap for all products to illustrate vision and plan into the future, coupled tightly with appropriate user stories based on customer knowledge

  • Collaborate with relevant participants and stakeholders to gain resources to execute against three-generation roadmap

  • Stay abreast of the market and understand why our products are winning or losing in order to drive changes and improvements in our product lines & processes around them

  • Ownership of cost, the timing of product launches, and the general quality of our GNSS products within the Off-Road Autonomy division

    Education, Skills & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geomatics / GNSS; Product Management, or related field. Commensurate experience to a degree will also be considered

  • Metrics-driven mentality: Keen analytical skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data, then transforming the data into actionable information

  • Tech-savvy and passionate about building products in an OEM environment

  • This position requires domestic and international travel to customer and potential sites up to 25 percent

    Preferred Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience of product management within a technology-focused business

  • Product Management experience within an autonomous vehicles or positioning technology (GNSS, Inertial, optical, etc ) - focused business environment

  • Experience working in industries such as Construction, Agriculture, Industrial, and/or Intra- logistics
