In this role you will be responsible for the provision of Process Improvement activities for all HR services, including the creation, and monitoring of Key Process Indicator (KPI) metrics and their use to identify areas for improvements, and to monitor the improvements made.
Define and monitor key metrics to track efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
Conduct analysis to identify trends, process improvement and scalability opportunities for global HR processes
Assist in the development of Process Owners to enable effective process mapping, process improvement, harmonization and standardization
Liaise with IT, COEs, GBS and other stakeholders to identify impact of HR system updates on HR processes (e.g. semi-annual SuccessFactors updates)
Leverage RPA capabilities to automate and maintain HR processes not enabled through existing technology
Compile and curate process-related learning content to build process mindset and capability across global HR organization
Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to draw out “as-is” processes
Document “as-is” processes in Visio
Build and maintain library of HR process documents in alignment with HR Taxonomy
BA/BS in Human Resources, Business etc.
Experience working with Human Resources on Process Improvement activities.
Experience with SuccessFactors and Visio
