Asset Maintenance Coordinator

job summary:

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of relevant maintenance / asset coordination experience within mill or heavy industrial environments

• Ability to read blue prints and schematic drawing

• Knowledge of Oracle CMMS systems

• Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement experience

• Must be available to be on call and assist personnel in times of emergency and business needs

responsibilities:

• Support Supervisors with inspections, predictive and preventive maintenance tools for assigned assets utilizing vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, ultra sound, laser alignment, etc

• Manage technical documentation for assigned tasks

• Develop plans for inspections, predictive and preventive maintenance for assigned assets

• Prepare, monitor and evaluate results from equipment inspections

• Develop maintenance budget for assigned assets including maintenance CAPEX repair projects and inventory management

• Develop plans for maintenance downturns, major plant shutdowns and CAPEX repair projects for assigned assets

• Establish equipment criticality and technical status for assigned assets

• Understand equipment technologies and limitations and their effect on safety, quality, productivity and cost

• Keep maintenance staff informed on inventory, assets, budget and cost control

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour.
