H.and.M is also a founding member of the ET.and.D Partnership, acollaborative industry partnership working to reduce fatalities, injuries,and illnesses in the electric line construction industry.Summary:The Field Engineer II ensures construction project activities comply withcompany and contract requirements and supports the overall project schedule byproviding technical support for construction, including participation inplanning, execution, quality control, and completion of the work.This role also assists in ensuring compliance with the Henkels .and. McCoyestablished Project Management Methodology and upholds H.and.M safety andquality management protocols. This position will be out of Lakewood, CO.Responsibilities:Under guidance, the Field Engineer II assists in identifying potentialstakeholder conflicts and facilitating resolution. They are responsible forcommunicating project risks to the PM as they arise and assisting in thedevelopment of appropriate risk mitigation steps. This role contributes to themanagement of overall project performance.Additionally, the Field Engineer II aids in ensuring that team goals,roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent withhigh-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy. Theideal candidate will lead by example in an environment that fosters trust andcandor, will maintain personal accountability, and will communicateassertively and constructively.Required Skills:Exposure to construction or utility field officeExperienced in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Completion of 3 H.and.M PMP online courses to earn Associates CertificateVaried to Broad problem-solving skillsKnowledge .and. Understanding of ArchGISKnowledge .and. Understanding of iAuditorMinimum Educational Background:BS degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering,Business and/or equivalent years of experienceMinimum Years of Relevant Experience:1+Henkels .and.
