The dress is business casual,the work environment is pleasant, our unique work hours allow forflexibility, and we have a lot of fun.Job DescriptionABOUT THE ROLE:As a Senior Engineer for the Road/Bridge team in our Loveland, COoffice, you will coordinate with necessary leaders to determine theappropriate personnel to provide engineering and technical support in aspecific area or to a specific project. Will also provide direction in puttingtogether technical resources for key projects and determine scope,complexity, and planning and scheduling requirements of large-scaleprojects. Will also develop and maintain client relationships, pursueprojects, prepare proposals, and win work. A main responsibility will bemanaging staff and workload through the duration of projects and mentoringemployees while also performing Quality Control reviews of projectdeliverables.
