Oracle Sales Consulting Vice President in Louisville, Colorado

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.

As part of the Oracle sales team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the sales team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publishes technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations important. Knowledge of software industry relating to all aspects of ebusiness solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to Travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.

What you get to do in thisrole:

  • Responsible for growing and enabling team of high powered, ERP pre-sales solution consultants

  • Establish and maintain relationship with key sales leaders to pursue key vertical opportunities

  • Drive development of re-usable vertical solutions, enablement kits and other sales assets within the Vertical team

  • Define programs for enabling the core product sales and solution consulting teams to drive SuiteSuccess sales, adoption and value proposition

  • Create metrics and measure effectiveness of practice offerings that align to ARR growth

  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure technology readiness for multiple application releases a year

  • Partner with product management & development on Finance solution use cases based on customer feedback

  • Work collaboratively in the field with NetSuite professional services and partners

  • Help develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Vertical ERP Suites

Your experience that willbring success:

  • IdealCandidate will have 5 years of partnering with EMEA and JAPAC peer organizations and building a globally consistent SC culture and engagement model

  • Come from aSenior (Director or VP level) leadership role in a Pre-Sales organization for 10 years.

  • Have 10 years of SaaS ERP selling experience ideally 8 in a pre-sales environment and 5 in a leadership role.

  • Strong people management abilities with the charisma to inspire and lead

  • Experience managing an SC organization of approx. 100 people or more

  • Experience handling at least 3 levels of management levels in their organization span of control

  • Proven pre-sales skills, including the ability to customize solutions, facilitate product demonstrations and effectively communicate NetSuite value proposition and key differentiators to prospects

  • Experience communicating with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing and product development

  • A passion evangelizing our capabilities and success on social media and the NetSuite Community (internally & externally)

  • A self-starter who will take the initiative to develop programs for enablement and growth

  • A high degree of passion, energy, drive and willingness to travel 50% to key offices in NA

  • Aproven track record of managing pre-sales initiatives that span multiple organizations that have driven revenue growth or customer satisfaction outcomes
