Oracle Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev in Louisville, Colorado
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.

Summary : We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team to help advance our strategic product changes. Individual will have responsibility for driving new feature development projects through critical stages of the product development lifecycle for our next generation release for Payment Integration.
Description : As a member of the HGBU Strategy Team, you will analyze and integrate external customer and partner requirements with Oracle Integrated Solutions. Assist in design, and project manage complex changes to existing and new software. Build new features and enhance existing functionality. Work within agile development framework with high functioning teams to meet team goals. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and Engineering teams to ensure design changes are managed and released. Create product collateral. Engage in external forums, to communicate with customers, consultants, partners and support personnel as a subject matter expert. Be an advocate for product and feature adoption, and provide domain and product related guidance and expertise to resolve business problems.
Job Requirement : Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
Strong knowledge of software development processes (design, testing, packaging and implementation)
Experience collaborating with engineers and an understanding of technologies
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to absorb and assimilate information rapidly
Excellent written, presentation, and sales skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers
Excellent listening and collaboration skills, and the ability to coordinate teams across organizational boundaries, and time zones
Experience in Agile Development methodology
