These cover a very wide range from advanced mission payloads andelectronic systems through highly integrated aircraft to orbital and spaceexploration systems. You'll conceptualize and deliver complex mechanicalstructures and systems and your technical duties include the design anddevelopment of new products and processes throughout the product lifecycle.In this role, you can look forward to supporting our Mechanical SystemIntegrated Product Team (IPT) through primarily providing contributions toflight design, using NX and/or CREO CAD systems to design mechanicalhardware which will include both metallic and composite components, for ourDream Chaser spacecraft. The IPT team has ownership of the followingsubsystems- Flight Control System- Land Gear System- Wing System- Hatch System- Vehicle Separation SystemAt SNC's Space Systems Group (SSG) we are not only the creator of theDream Chaser spacecraft, but also the designer and manufacturer of rocketengines and components, systems that sustain life in deep space, as wellas systems and satellites that improve life here on Earth.
