Oracle Experience Director (Client Experience Lead / Experience Architect) in Louisville, Colorado
As an acknowledged authority within Oracle, this senior level consulting position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. As a position of technical/professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies enhancements to Oracle products to meet very complex customer needs. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to deliver functional and technical expertise on a wide range of business and technology solutions. Leads experienced consulting teams on challenging projects; works on significant and unique issues. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences difficult decisions at the leadership-level of customer organizations. Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations. Drives customer process direction and decisions by providing domain leadership within relevant industries on end-to-end enterprise solutions. Creates new solution sets based on assessment of industry needs, market demands and knowledge of competitive product offerings.
10 years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Management or team leadership experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to lead large teams. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

Our Professionals/Consultants within the Experience team focus on leading the Oracle Consulting practice (OCS) to provide a relevant, engaging, educational, and rewarding experience for our customers so they can navigate their path successfully. They do so by providing teams with the right tools, training, communication, and even inspiration to make the cloud journey a successful one.
Consultants within the Experience practice have the strategic, leadership, and communication skills to lead the OCS team in delivering an experience that is relevant and tailored to the client. To do so, they collaboratively/envision/the customer experience, help/navigate/the client executive team on their journey,/align/the project to the customer’s changing needs; and act as a client/escalation point./
Roles within the Experience Team include:
- CLIENT EXPERIENCE LEAD
Assist the client in preparing, organizing, and executing their responsibilities for each “moment that matters” with emphasis on cloud culture, speed of decision-making, and organization model.
Work with the client to appropriately set expectations on how the team will work, set the pace, and ensure the client is clear on their role on the implementation journey.
Advise the client with their “cloud culture” journey.
Prepare the client to perform their roles and be successful in cloud delivery.
Design a learning environment for the joint team.
Help the client break down their silos and barriers to collaboration – to drive speed of decision-making.
Support the client in aligning the business to accept the solution.
Aid the client in knowledge transition planning
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
o Running the client’s cloud culture readiness assessment.
o Work with our client to determine how the team will work, communication cadence, escalation path, and change control management.
o Supporting the client in decision-making, organization, and planning.
o Scheduling learning sessions.
- EXPERIENCE ARCHITECT
Lead the development of the project’s vision for an elevated customer experience, including the project branding and setting the team’s experience approach for key moments in the journey.
Listen, empathize, and re-think how to frame the journey, each phase, and key meetings so that clients understand where they are in the journey and what’s expected of them.
Own getting to “the point” in a manner that is business friendly and effective.
Orchestrate conversations to maximize the client experience, minimize time to solution each module, and drive collaboration between Oracle and the client team.
Show an interest in design thinking and human-centered approach to business with a mastery of facilitation techniques and innovation practices to be used in sessions but also to up-level the Oracle team.
Facilitate key project meetings, and drive selected playback sessions which have critical client engagement.
Provide input to the test approach to ensure the solution meets client goals.
