Design Mechanical Inc. is offering an exciting opportunity that will allow the successful candidate to build a solid foundation of a broad range of skill sets from which to launch a successful career.
Design Mechanical Inc. currently seeking skilled, motivated, ethical and safety oriented Apprentice Commercial Plumber with a desire to work on commercial construction projects. The qualified candidates will assist with installation of Commercial Plumbing systems, clean up and organization of tools and materials, and any other duties that may be assigned. Candidate will demonstrate mechanical ability with tools and the ability to manage a task after being assigned by a lead Tradesman. An Apprentice Plumber Tradesman must be reliable, self-motivated and good communication skills. The qualified candidate will adhere to all safety policies and procedures established by Design Mechanical Inc.
Must be able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
Cooperate with other trades on the project to complete the project
Communicate with Journeyman Tradesman, Foreman, Superintendents and Safety Managers
Solid appreciation for work site safety
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Willingness to learn from mentors
Pass criminal background check, drug test and physical
Ability to acquire personal hand tools over the course of the apprenticeship
Ability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, work at high elevations and lift up to 75 lbs.
