Baker Hughes Mechanical Assembler in LONGMONT, Colorado

RoleSummary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Assembler that is willing to work between the assembly of Mechanical Equipment and Electrical cabinets of varying degrees of complexity. In the role of Mechanical Assembler would be working on the supply chain manufacturing team.

EssentialResponsibilities:

In the role of Mechanical Assembler, you will:

  • Beindependently responsible for compliance to HSE, Health, Safety andEnvironment

  • Demonstratethe ability to read, understands, and follows detailed drawings,schematics, assembly drawings, customer specifications and assemblyprocedures

  • Mechanicalassembly and Electrical assembly and wiring

  • Troubleshoot Hydraulic and mechanical schematics

  • Usea computer to document and communicate

  • Interface daily with internal customers to meetbusiness objectives

  • Learnhow to use a forklift, crane and pallet jack

  • Followall department policies and procedures

  • Qualitycontrol inspection of work and products during assembly and at completion

  • Self-startercan drive projects to completion

  • Required to disassembly, cleaning, refurbishmentand reassembly of controls removed from operating facilities

  • Applysystematic approach to problem solving

  • Understandbasic types of documentation

  • Learnand use various software packages

  • Otherduties as required

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High SchoolDiploma/GED from an accredited school or institution

  • Minimum 1 year of assembly, mechanical and / or electronicexperience
