A business division ofDanfoss, it develops and manufactures high-performance power systems forheavy-duty vehicles, machines and marine vessels based on synchronousreluctance assisted permanent magnet technology.We are growing fast globally and would like to invite you to join theaward-winning team and to work on the technologies that will enable the worldof tomorrow to do more with less.Job ResponsibilitiesDirect responsibility for the Electronics and Software TeamsWork with Sales Team to develop specifications for existing and nextgeneration automotive electrification productsWork with Customer Engineering Teams to define specifications for customerspecific productsWork with Project Management Office to lay out confident project schedules towhich the Development Team will commitDrive continuous improvement of Engineering methods to constantly raise thebar on our capabilitiesProvide high-value critical feedback to team's concepts and ideasDrive to meet schedules with confident solutionsAccurately assess skills of the team members against needs and address gapsControl expenses within project and department budgetsBackground and SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, focused on results8+ years of experience in related field; minimum of 5 years in aleadership roleBS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (orrelated field)Development experience in electronics or Embedded software developmentExperience with Automotive APQP practices, A-spice, CMMI, ISO26262functional safety preferredExperience with Engineering tools and languages: C-Code, CCS visualstudio, Matlab, git-hub, Agile PDP, Polarian, Teamcenter,Altium, mentor graphics, Plexim, simplorer, Azure Dev ops, SAP,are preferred but not required.Danfoss - Engineering TomorrowAt Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to useresources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation oftomorrow.
