Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

You will collaborate, contribute, and lead the development of unique and powerful strategies, ideas, engagement plans, deal management, design, and execution, of pre-sales tactics/resources you manage throughout the sales cycle.

Comfortable moving from powerful ideas and design to creation of digital experiences, print, poster, ambient, video, and PowerPoint templates. Understand how to turn a creative strategy into a new business campaign utilizing digital tools, leave-behinds/aheads (digital and physical), posters, custom-branded and themed gifts, and more. Assist sales teams in developing manifestos and vision stories about what's possible using Oracle technology, for use either in a live customer presentation or a video. Love teaching, advising, and exposing internal teams to the use of creative techniques elements in their presentations. Create, maintain and promote a library of reusable presentation and sales assets. Create and execute plans for developing the presentation skills of Sales Engineers. Identify and evangelize new and creative presentation techniques. Regularly pitch your concepts and present best practices to sales teams
Desired Skills:Minimum 8-12 years of experience conceptualizing and designing for a variety of brands. Positive, talented visual thinkers who understand power messaging. Strong skill set in producing exceptional creative work across multiple mediums. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Exceptional "storytelling" skills. A high degree of curiosity, creativity, and innovation. Ability to handle several projects simultaneously. Must work well in a deadline-driven environment. Fast, efficient, and strong work ethic. Strong foundation in communication strategy, loves conceptualizing. Strong ability to communicate and persuade people about your ideas, both verbally and written. A broad and sophisticated design sense and a love for typography. Relevant portfolio of recent work. Ability to present visual concepts at all levels; excellent artistic and organizational skills. Proficient in Adobe CC, InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, comfortable in Premier, After Effects, XD and others. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and digital prototyping platforms. Understanding of all current digital technology in the marketplace. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong aptitude in anticipating and following production processes and timelines. Strong and varied agency and corporate, creative experience and portfolio.
