As a Clinical Director, do you feel that you have a voice?

We’re seeking a passionate Clinical Director BCBA to join our team and be the leader overseeing all center-based child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, training, treatment recommendations and consultations to ensure excellent clinical standards are being maintained. At Behavioral Innovations we pride ourselves on the quality of services we provided and recently received feedback from 97% of our parents stating they were satisfied with their child's overall experience at BI. Additionally, 94% were confident in the safety of our treatment centers and the additional precautions that our BI staff have taken during COVID-19.

We have experience tremendous growth over the last 3 years and have focused on providing support and additional resources within our treatment centers. As a BCBA at BI, you will have RBTs providing the direct one-to-one (1:1) therapy on the floor, our Lead RBTs support the BCBAs with intake, assessments, client programming, and act as the on-the-floor leader for therapists providing initial and ongoing training.

Additionally, we have our Center Administrators who handle all day-to-day operations, staffing/hiring, including the schedules for our clients and staff, allowing our BCBAs to focus on supervision. Our BCBAs are responsible for managing their respective clients and billable hours. We want BCBAs who are ABA advocates and understand the important to conduct regular parent meetings and trainings to help families truly understand ABA. You will lead, train, and develop current and future clinicians who will contribute to the highest standards of clinical excellence. Additionally, you will submit information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc. The BCBAs at Behavioral Innovations have opportunities for career growth which include becoming a Regional Clinical Director.

What we are looking for!

  • Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis - BCBA, per BACB guidelines

  • Licensure: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable (TX and OK required)

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field

  • At least 2 years of BCBA experience - Preferred

  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities in a clinical setting

  • An ABA Advocate to ensure parent meetings/trainings are conducted and promotes ABA services

  • Passionate about clinical quality and client progress, which drives decision making and best practices in the field

  • Exceptional leadership skills, time management skills, observation skills and analytical skills

  • Strong analytical thinker, data-driven, client-centered, culturally competent, and an effective communicator
