Are you a highly motivated and experienced systems engineer with project leadership experience, Cost Account Management (CAM) knowledge, and Agile process expertise to join our fast-paced development effort and contribute to the success of a very challenging and rewarding mission. You will help lead the program in multiple ways including (but not limited to) taking on the role of Release Train Engineer, supporting/leading strategic activities and growth opportunities both on-program (ECPs), or within the portfolio (new business pursuits). We're looking for a proven leader to help drive and sustain our rapid growth. You will be joining the program at initial startup.

• A Bachelors degree in a technical or engineering discipline
• Technical leadership experience and a proven ability to guide/mentor a team and get results
• You have at minimum an active TS/SCI security clearance to start
• Experience managing/maintaining positive relationships with senior leadership and customers
• Experience preparing for, and presenting at customer reviews
• Experience costing large development activities and creating BOEs
• Experience working proposals
• Experienced Software Developer
• Experienced with C2 or Mission Planning domains
• Familiarity with LM Horizon a plus
• Cost/Control Account Management (CAM) experience and proficiency
• Release Train Engineer (or equivalent) experience
