Eaton Corporation Project Scheduler in Littleton, Colorado
Eaton’s Electrical sector is currently seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team. This position will be remotely based in a Central or Pacific NW location.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the project engineering and technical consultation to both utility and non-utility generation and transmission & distribution customers and a team of multidisciplined professionals focused on transmission and distribution system design. This position will work with other business leaders to insure the highest levels of quality, schedules, budgets and delivery of both engineering only and design build contacts.

In this function you will:
Develop and maintain project Schedules for all Major Projects.
Assist, train and mentor project managers on the Microsoft Projects and Primavera Software
Develop and maintain Business Unit resource schedules to improve productivity.
Assist business leaders in maintaining Business Unit skills assessments.
Develop and maintain contract baseline schedule(s) with assistance of project team.
Develop and maintain bid and construction schedule(s) with assistance of project team.
Develop P6 and MS Project construction schedules from development through project closeout.
Weekly and monthly schedule reports for submission to clients
Develop and maintain weekly and monthly resource requirements for active as well as bidding projects.
Assist in implementation of scheduling standards, practices, and P6 scheduling software company wide. The primary focus of this role will be the west and central regions of the United States.
Analyze, evaluate, and forecast current schedule status against an established baseline schedule.
Assess the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
Produce status reports of schedule to appropriate project and company management.
Develop and maintain critical path logic networks and bar charts utilizing this information.
Customize project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
Provide input to Sr. Project Control Staff regarding staffing requirements Generation and maintenance of Microsoft Excel charts (progress/manpower/planned vs. actuals data.
Knowledge, understanding, and execution of turnkey projects

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Associates degree in Construction Management from an accredited institution.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in building construction
Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the work location(s) listed on the job posting as no relocation is being offered for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
