Job Expectations:In this role you will manage projects related to: water, wastewater, andinfrastructure.Typical work areas might include:Successfully manage and deliver projects on time and on budget.Utilize internal project management tools and resources.Manage teams for a variety of projects including master planning, assetmanagement, studies, and design.Support the execution of work and provide specialized consultation on designof wastewater and water utilities including infrastructure and treatmentplantsHelp facilitate related decision making and solve complex problemsAssist project team in planning and/or designing a major engineering projectand coordinate special planning, economic, and engineering studiesLead client and internal meetings to advance project work.Prepare written reports and technical memorandums to document analyses andrecommendationsParticipate in BC's QA/QC process.Lead and assist with business development pursuits.Desired Skills and Experience:B.S. degree in related engineering field (Civil, Environmental, etc.)M.S. degree in related engineering field with a focus on water and wastewaterpreferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in municipal water and wastewaterengineering and consulting preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license in the state of ColoradoStrong project management skillsSuccessful marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and publicpresentations experience a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability toconduct effective presentations and written report preparationStrong mentoring skillsFor more than 70 years, Brown and Caldwell has been creating leading-edgeenvironmental solutions for public agencies and private industry.
