General SummaryThis position is responsible for performing the saturation process directlyrelated to the cured-in-place method of pipeline repair (CIPP). The joblocation is in Kiowa, COEssential Job AccountabilitiesPerforms manual labor tasks (lifting, carrying, dragging or pullingmaterial, etc.) to saturate felt liners with a poly resinUses hand tools as needed to ensure even distribution of resinOperates Company equipment, ensuring it is maintained in a clean, safe andmechanically sound condition to prolong equipment lifeCompletes daily paperwork for the saturation process and ISO requirements,ensuring it is accurate and legible for traceability purposesPerforms saturation process in a safe manner according to all safety practicesto meet internal and external customer requirementsPerforms saturation process to quality standards established by the Companyfor consistency and meeting customer requirementsPossesses a positive attitude and works well in a team environment,accepting delegated responsibility from the Wetout Process Manager to ensurework is completed efficiently and to customer expectationsEducation:High School Diploma or GEDWork Experience:Previous manufacturing experience a plusKnowledge, skills, and abilities:Understand, speak and write fluently in EnglishCapable of obtaining forklift certificationAbility to work with resin and chemicals associated with the saturationprocessAbility to walk, stand, pull, drag, bend, squat and turn at the waistAbility to use proper lifting techniques to periodically lift a minimum of 50lbs and carry it for a minimum of 50 feet, periodically direct lifting up to100 lbsAbility to work in elevated situations with ability to ascend and descend10' ladders and work on platformsPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must bemet by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of thisjob. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularlyrequired to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand,walk, stoop, sit and use hands to operate tools and knives.
