  • I. Job Summary *

    Manages and coordinates the activities of Energy Services crews, which includes the allocation of manpower, equipment, and resources for industrial cleaning and well pad services at drilling locations.

  • II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities *

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

    • Manages field crews performing well pad services and industrial cleaning on

    • multiple drill locations.

    • Interacts with E&P company representatives on well pad operations.

    • Manages field tickets and paperwork flow for billing of projects.

    • Completes OBAs of field crews, safety meetings, and safety evaluations on a weekly basis.

    • Supports business development by identifying new service opportunities in the field with the E&P companies.

    • Interfaces with customer rig foreman regularly.

    • Frequently travels (locally) between oil and gas well pads.

  • III. Supervisory Responsibilities *

    The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:

  • IV. Qualifications *

    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

    A. Education and Experience

    • Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and five years of relevant work experience.

    • Experience: Five years of oil and gas experience with industrial cleaning field work including three years of supervisory experience over field crews involved in energy services, remediation, and/or heavy construction (in addition to education requirement).

    B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

    • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification

    • Any other certificates required by contract or local conditions.

    C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

    • Detailed knowledge of safety procedures and ethics

    • Ability to interact with a diverse group customers

    • Ability to motivate employees
