TEMPORARY KETTLE COORDINATOR

Scope of Position:

The Salvation Army (TSA) is seeking an energetic, organized individual to assist in The Salvation Army’s Annual Christmas Kettle Fund Raising effort. This is a temporary, full time, hourly position with The Salvation Army. The ideal applicant will have some

knowledge of The Salvation Army and experience in supervising others. This position will require communicating with kettle locations (supermarkets, etc.), distributing kettle equipment and maintaining the equipment. The position will also require working with

a wide variety of people, from professionals, to temporary labor and volunteer individuals and groups. Assist in selecting laborers supplied by the Temporary Labor contractors. There will be quite a bit of driving required and knowledge of the Greeley area

or able to use GPS.

Requirements

Position Qualifications:

 Minimally 21 years of age with a valid Colorado driver’s License

 Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

 Have a good driving record, and the ability to pass The Salvation Army drivers’ safety training

 Previous experience with kettles a definite plus but not a must

 Some computer skills required, i.e. the ability to learn new software programs with minimal training
