Quality andattention to detail are top priority.Responsibilities Assembly/ProductionPackaging and flame sealing of Work in Progress (WIP)Labelling, organization and storage of Work in Progress (WIP)Basic production of products to documented specificationsFulfilling work orders to meet customer delivery datesOrder pick, review, and pack of Waters ERA finished goodsDocumentation and peer review of production and packaging processAssisting Laboratory Chem Techs/Chemists during manufacturingInventory control and cycle counts of Finished Goods via Microsoft GreatPlains softwareAssist in other areas when requiredQualityResponsible for ensuring 100% compliance to specification by ensuring properpackaging, labelling and production documentationFocus on process control to avoid customer impacted Service RequestsAttention to detail, organization and ability to work quickly without errorsResponsible for following written work procedures and SOPs to avoid variationin processAssist team in updating and improving processes and updating SOPs documentsAssist team in constant improvement and solutions to problems/issues whileincreasing efficiencyQualificationsHigh School Education or GED required. BS./B.A. in Chemistry or Sciencerelated field preferred.
