Waters Technologies Corporation Chemistry Technician in Golden, Colorado

Waters/ERA in Golden Colorado, is currently leading a search for aChemistry Technician to join our company. In this role, the individual willhelp manufacture and package products assigned to the Waters AnalyticalStandards and Reagents Team. This position will work daily to meet productionrequirements and delivery schedules of high quality products.ProductionProduction/manufacturing of chemical solutions to specifications - mayinclude some analytical verificationPackaging, flame sealing, labelling, organization and storage of Work inProgress (WIP)Generation and review of manufacturing bench sheets, certificationdocumentation and associated customer facing documentsAssist with packaging and shipment of completed products to meet deliverydates QualityResponsible for ensuring 100% compliance to specification by ensuring propermanufacturing, packaging, labelling and production documentation meetquality control requirementsFocus on process control to avoid customer impacted Service Requests;Attention to detail, organization and ability to work quickly without errorsResponsible for following written work procedures and SOPs to avoid variationin processAssist team in updating and improving processes and updating SOPs documents;Assist team in constant improvement and solutions to problems/issues whileincreasing efficiencyCommunications and Other TasksStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work on independently and within a Team environment with individualexpectations, production and delivery ratesQuality Investigations; Use of Lean Manufacturing tools for problemsolving; Focus on Health and Safety IssuesMust be willing to perform repetitive routine tasks consistently as well asnon-routine tasks; Assist in other areas when requiredBachelors or Associates Degree in chemistry or applied science field. 1+years of laboratory related work experience preferredCritical thinking using sound judgement, organization and ability to workquickly without errorsAbility to work with your hands requiring dexterity to handle small containersand laboratory materialsMust be able to lift 25 lbsFamiliar with various Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.);Experience with SAP preferred but not requiredWaters Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
