Summary/Objective

The Liquid Production Entry performs all entry level tasks involved in the production of Rodelle’s finished liquid products. The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Essential Functions

  1. Balance safety, quality, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas. The Liquid Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all assembly line activities.

  2. Assist Operators, Workers, and Blenders with daily pre operational setups.

  3. Understand all cleaning procedures including the PPE required to perform the task safely.

  4. Complete secondary tasks for production, (folding boxes, brining material into the production areas).

  5. Build pallets according to our tie-high standards.

  6. Perform quality checks on the finished goods being produced.

  7. Operate entry level equipment, (pneumatic pallet jack, tape guns).

  8. Represent, promote, and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policies.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Required – High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred – 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of his/her job, a Liquid Production Entry will work with moving mechanical parts and vibration. Some liquid ingredients present health and flammability risks. The noise level in these work environments can be loud. Industrial lift trucks are present and operating in the bottling production area.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
