Injectech, LLC Assembly/Quality Control (PT or FT-min 20 hours) in Fort Collins, Colorado
Essential FunctionsSupport all aspects of operations. Duties and responsibilities include butare not limited to: Perform all assembly operations at Injectech with direction from manager. Perform quality control duties. Inspect molded product to Injectech and customer specifications. Responsible for packaging of product. Visually recognize and know the item and part number of Injectechcomponents. Coordination and completion of inspection methods pertaining to moldedand assembled products. Be able to read calipers and determine measurements to 0.001 inches. Be able to read drawings in English and verify current revision againstjob traveler. Demonstrate knowledge to hold to the standards of InternationalStandards Organization (ISO) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)within the Quality Assurance Department. Perform work in accordance with specifications, instructions andrequirements. Support of Operations Manager as needed.Qualifications Must have strong manual dexterity skills Must have basic computer skills to create labels for product Must have a flexible schedule Must be able to operate and read a scale based on pounds Must be able to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction,measuring and decimal points. Ability to work in a team environment Demonstrate good verbal communication skills Must be able to get to assigned shift on timePhysical Requirements Employee is expected to be able to sit or stand for 8 hours per day. Employee must use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools orcontrols, reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to stoop, kneel or bend. Employee must be comfortable with repetitive motion and tasks. Employee must be able to speak and listen/follow directions. Employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Employee must be able to wear clean room attire, to include safetyglasses and face coverings.
