Program Manager for major programs such as the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program. Responsibilities include program management, operations management, financial management, business development, contracts management, and property control management for projects worldwide. Position anticipates support for growth and strategy of additional task orders within major program assignments?
Responsible for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, quality, information, contracts) for a portfolio of projects across multiple programs and projects.
Manage project development from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives.
Manages all budgets, schedules, scope development, design and construction contracts, documents, procedures and controls for assigned projects.
Manages the review and approval process for consultant, subcontractor, and vender invoices and contractor pay applications and change orders and coordinates with the Project Controls Manager for proper posting in reporting program.
Attends assigned meetings as required to cover job progress meetings; issues meeting minutes following design meetings as required.
Mentors and provides professional career development for a portfolio of project managers.
Resolves complex program, project, and construction related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
Reviews status and monitors variances of the construction project database relative to scheduling and cost control reporting.
Provides recommendations to senior leadership on strategic growth opportunities; helps position for the same and to develop acquisition and win strategies.
United States Citizenship.
Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or equivalent.
Over 15 years of progressive experience delivering US Federal multi-million dollar contracts and with the US Air Force client.
Program management experience which require knowledge in the following areas:
Air Force Engineering.
Construction, Services, Commodities.
Management of multiple task orders of a magnitude greater than $1M each in geographically dispersed locations simultaneously.
