Our facility in Englewood, CO seeks an early career level Production Integration and Control Planner to join our mission supporting a new program within our Strategic Missile Defense Line of Business that will have the size and scope to offer valuable career development experiences. The Hypersonic Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) weapon is a new multi-platform launched weapon system that will include phases progressing through design, flight test, initial production, and deployment. We have developed and flown more hypersonic vehicles than any other U.S. company and has decades of hypersonic development and flight test experience from government contracts as well as internal investments in research and development projects. In this role you will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Chain and other key crucial team members supporting production to ensure program success. The position requires exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills; the ability to work independently; being a self-starter; a strategic and tactical problem solver; and be dedicated in your effort.
Summary of Key Duties:
•Perform the Make, Buy, and/or Bill of Material (BOM) planning activities associated with Manufacturing Requirements/Resource Planning (MRP) transactions
•Accomplish one or multiple program activities within various program functions
•Maintain production systems integrity to drive inventory optimization to minimize cost
•Expedite and optimize material flow through the supply chain to meet customer requirements
•Execute schedule plans; provide timely status and expedite or work around plans to preserve schedule
•Coordinate with senior level production planners and supply chain partners including Procurement and Operations Management to determine appropriate time phased plan for procured parts
•Execute processes to ensure deliverables meet production schedule requirements
•Maintain MRP parameters including lead times and lot sizes and coordinate with Engineering and Change Board Rep to make associated changes to the BOM

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in
related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined
• Prior experience working in a customer service oriented role and or production related field.

• Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or Project Management
• Knowledge of Supply Chain management principles, purchasing, procurement, delivery, reporting, analytics
• Experience with SAP business tools
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail and quality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel/Project
• Lean manufacturing, six-sigma experience.
