TTEC Executive Director, Automation in Englewood, Colorado

As a key leader of the global IT initiatives, theExecutive Director of Automationis responsible to demonstrate & provide technical leadership skills to help shape the strategy, architecture, design and implementation of scalable IT solutions across the various TTEC business units.The director of automation will develop TTEC’s strategy for identifying, evaluating and operationalizing automation opportunities across the enterprise. The role will identify and implement automation use cases, which involves both process redesign and implementing and maintaining a technical solution. This individual will work with business, technology, data and operations partners to lead the implementation and management of intelligent automation solutions combining RPA, AI/ML, OCR, NLP and other technologies to automate business processes.Partner closely with senior level executives to review automation project plan and identify risks/concerns to address.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead initiatives for driving widespread adoption, deployment and maturity of Conversational AI Bots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across the global organization.

  • Build, manage, lead and motivate the Global RPA CoE team members to own and drive intelligent automation strategy and execution.

  • Create and drive team development (skills, knowledge, engagement etc.) to improve the maturity of the team.

  • Lead diverse cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the business where RPA combined with AI/ML, NLP, OCR, and other cognitive solutions can drive significant business benefit.

  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize processes for robotization and partner with IT to implement Conversational AI/RPA solutions for the same.

  • Design & manage business security, controls, business continuity planning, execution and governance.

  • Partner with the leadership team and other delivery teams to ensure successful delivery of business solutions designed to deliver on the expected business outcome.

  • Cultivate professional relationships with key organizational leaders based on trust and respect and ;act as a change champion.

  • Acts as the single point of accountability for business customers’ satisfaction with the adoption, delivery and operations of the digital solutions enabled through intelligent automation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15 years industry experience with global leadership experience with offshore teams

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering required with master’s preferred.

  • Deep understanding of Intelligent Automation domains /RPA, including industry-leading trends and platforms (e.g., Pega, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath etc.) as well as other AI solutions (ML, OCR, NLP, other cognitive solutions etc.)

  • Knowledge and implementation experience in Pega Robotics Process Automation Ecosystem desirable

  • Experience working with Conversation AI platform

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to drive, motivate and mature diverse cross-functional teams in in a highly matrixed environment, encouraging teams to engage in an environment of competing interests and limited resources

  • Experience in establishing, managing and maturing a center of excellence for intelligent / robotic process automation with the appropriate level of agility, governance and controls

  • Strong and open communicator using both verbal and written modes – shares ideas and experiences, drives engagement, actively involves people

  • ‘Self-starter’, ‘independent thinker’ with the ability to conceptualize, communicate and solicit alignment and buy-in.
