IAS tailors solutionsto customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs toconsistently exceed expectations and provide a turnkey approach to enable ourcustomers to focus on their mission.Must-haves:Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical Engineering orotherrelateddiscipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experienceDemonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practicesUnderstandingof Computer Aided Engineering toolsExperience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teamsAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance is requiredPreferred:Experience with database based drawing software (Zuken E3, CapitalHarness, etc.)Exposure to simulations through functional and logical models and systemanalysisBackground in the Aerospace and Defense IndustryExperience composing and analyzing Electrical Load Analysis (ELA),circuit modeling, simulation, and analysisFamiliarity with design requirements related to High Intensity Radiated Field(HIRF) and Indirect Effects of Lightning (IEL)Knowledge of industry-standard electrical design principles, to include,but not limited to model-based definition, electrical component selection,manufacturing, and production processesFamiliar with Electro Magnetic Effects (EME) to include, ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and Electro Magnetic Interference (EMI)Experience in digital or analog circuit design and schematic captureUnderstanding of the printed circuit board layout process and toolsImportant Notice:This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S.Security Clearance.
