Customer Service Mechanical Engineer
job summary:
Exciting Customer Service Mechanical Engineer opportunity in CO. Responsible for mechanical engineering of equipment during the design, assembly, and debug phases of any Customer Service projects. This position is responsible for the upkeep, debug, and upgrade of company mechanical systems while supporting company goals, values, and operating principles. This individual will support Customer Service personnel- Applications, Engineering, Sales, Customer support, and Parts. A qualified candidate should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering degree or 9 years of relevant working experience.

responsibilities:
Must be able to collaborate and communicate with all suppliers including systems' vendors for all technical aspects as requested by supervisor
Must be able to communicate with Customer for technical aspects of a project as requested by supervisor
Must be able to understand budgets and schedule controls
Support Project Manager and Project Engineer for the creation of the project internal URS
Must be able to improve and harmonize mechanical engineering practices as requested by Manager
Participate in Project Design reviews
Responsible for the successful design of systems to meet the budget and time expectations as defined by the supervisor
Support Validation team to create and test validation package per customer's specifications
Support Software Design Specification with the Control Engineer
Release stations in the ERP system and follow up on delivery dates as instructed by the supervisor
Responsible for the creation and review of content of the assembly start package
Support supervisor to troubleshoot engineering modifications during debug phase
Identify problems and propose solutions in collaboration with the project team
Support debug activities on the floor as requested by the supervisor
Responsible for reviewing and approving the design of pneumatic schematics following project-specific requirements

For Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $15.00 to $25.00/hour.
