TTEC AI Solutions Sales Engineer -- Remote - US in Englewood, Colorado

What You’ll be Doing:

Looking for an opportunity where you’ll be the primary technical resource for our Sales team taking a consultative approach with our customers, identifying pain points and driving technical alignment between customer needs and our AI product ecosystem. This role is a combination of sales engineer, solution architect and technical expert. You’ll serve as a product and industry expert, effectively describing and demonstrating our solution as well as promoting our vision and approach. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for our customers while advancing the sales process. As the technical expert, you’ll work with clients to understand their requirements and design the right solution for their business needs. At the same time, you will be a liaison to the engineering team to drive the direction of the product. By combining your personality with your technical knowledge, you can be an unmitigated success.

On a typical day, you’ll:

  • Conduct online and in-person demonstrations of the product

  • 5 to 8+ years’ hands-on experience working with customers to integrate and implement the solution

  • Lead the customer discovery efforts to document a customer’s environment, tech stack, potential challenges, and more

  • Design and implement Virtual Assistant solution prototypes for customer pilot projects

  • Support the Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings

  • Work closely with Engineering team to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success

  • Help the sales team move toward closing by making customer product trials a success

  • Maintain client loyalty by serving clients above and beyond their expectations and acts as an internal champion on behalf of the client

    Why You? What You Bring

  • You have a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, other technical major, or equivalent experience, prior experience in enterprise SaaS space as well as contact centers is a big plus

  • You understand APIs or can quickly learn the ins-and-outs, understanding of existing AI chatbot products and technology is a big plus

  • 5 to 8+ years’ experience with industry leading platforms like Google CCAI, Verint, RuleAI, KoreAI, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex and AWS, Nuance,

  • Contact Center experience - Cisco WebEx Contact Center solutions and others is a plus

  • You have outstanding communication skills that enable you to converse easily with everyone from end users to C-level executives

  • You can get hands on with the product and apply logic principles to conversational workflow design in both voice and digital channels, understanding of challenges in enterprise IT operations, security and compliance a big plus

  • You have a strong desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment

  • You have strong skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints timelines and budgets

    COMPENSATION and benefits

    The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $86,000 to $140,000. This position is eligible to participate in the incentive program for Sales Engineer’s.
