Job Description
Opening with our telecommunications client for a Telecom Regulatory and Compliance Manager.Must have a background in regulatory compliance with the wireless industry.In this environmental compliance role, you will work with a variety of internal and external partners and vendors to ensure a successful deployment of a 5G Wireless network.
Responsibilities
Gain clear understanding of Environmental and Regulatory requirements for wireless networks.
Gain understanding of project objectives at a high-level to identify the best approach for selecting the right people and processes for completing complex projects.
Train, supervise and direct team members ensuring they can meet build plan deadlines
Create and implement “out-of-box” solutions to resolve project issues while maintaining budgets and expediting timelines in full compliance with laws and regulations.
Serve as primary point of contact with the FAA and FCC
EPCRA preparation
EME signage standards
Migratory Bird Compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’ Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
10+ years of proven experience working in wireless telecommunications in large scale deployments with specific experience in the Regulatory / Compliance phase
Experience managing hundreds of projects simultaneously, working to aggressive schedules.
Experience designing and implementing regulatory/compliance programs
Understanding FAA, FCC & OSHA Regulations with ability to handle complex FAA / FCC issues
Experience working with government agencies such as BIA, BLM, USFS and SHPO offices
Solid leadership skills; Experience managing staff
Strong communication and presentation skills
