BakerCorp serves customers in over 15 industriesincluding oil and gas, industrial and environmental services, refining,environmental remediation, construction, chemicals, transportation,power and municipal works.The company also works with customers to deliver a mix of products andservices for a wide variety of applications that include: chemical,manufacturing, refining, construction,municipal, industrial services, environmental remediation, powergeneration, tank terminal/pipeline operations, transportation,mining, electronIndustrial Technician IBroad FunctionWith a strong focus on safety, the Field Technician performs a variety ofcomplex and skilled tasks pertaining to the setup, installation,maintenance, repair, and service of BakerCorp equipment at customer locations.Essential Functions - Duties may include the following as needed:* Setups and tear downs of Baker equipment* Operate company vehicle and other work related equipment such as operatingpumps, as required* Minor repair & maintenance of equipment; ability to identify issues andhelp resolve; troubleshoot* Responsible for daily activity sheets, logging and reporting* Clear understanding of safety requirements and acceptance of safetysensitive culture* Generally works under direct supervision* All other duties as assignedWorking Conditions* Indoor/outdoor, field, yard, and shop locations* Exposure to all types of weather conditions* Working on, underneath, and around various types of equipment* Exposure to varying levels of dust and noise* Personal Protective Equipment is required and is provided by the company* Ability to travel for periods of time (i.e. up to weeks at a time)* Ability to work overtime, nights & weekendsPhysical RequirementsThe size, location and customer type for each BakerCorp branch determinesthe degree of physical labor required in this job category.
