Thisis not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technicaladvisor and 'voice of the customer' to organizations ranging from start-ups toAs a Senior EAE, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive ourcustomers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3,DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and manymore. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you toeffectively represent AWS within a customer's environment, and drivediscussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs and riskmanagement. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to helpplan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep yourcustomers' AWS environments operationally healthy. The close relationshipsdeveloped with your customers will allow you to understand theirbusiness/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve theAWS.We are seeking individuals with strong backgrounds in I.T. operations andrelated areas such as Linux/Windows systems administration, DevOps, BigData and more.
