TheSolutions Engineering world is a dynamic, ever-changing environment whereexpertise in solution design, business consulting, and technology isleveraged every day to drive innovation.Role DescriptionA Solutions Engineer (Pre-sales) with the Healthcare and Life Sciencesteam at Salesforce plays a pivotal role in aligning innovative digitalstrategies across four key sub-verticals (Provider, Payer,Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices). This pre-sales role focuses oncollaborating with Account Executives to create strategic account plans,execute discovery, design customer solutions, and deliver presentationsshowcasing the technology and business value offered by Salesforce. As aSolutions Engineer with Salesforce, you will:Solve Business Problems - Conduct discovery with clients to identify businessproblems and business application architecture. Translate into arecommendation that ties together the solution and the value to theorganization.Drive Innovation - Bring rigor to a client's decision-making process bypresenting and evaluating solution options and driving consensus among keystakeholders. In some instances, we help our clients develop new decisionframeworks and governance processes that continue to deliver value far beyonda particular engagement.Connect the "Art of the Possible" - Demonstrate through software demos andstorytelling how connected experiences come to life with Salesforce. Thisincludes but is not limited to the delivery of executive-level softwaredemonstrations, construction of future state customer journey strategies,and developing long term business application road maps.Your Impact:A large component of the responsibilities will include assisting the salesteam with discovery, analysis, and ultimately recommendations of strategicsolutions for the customer.
