Support all aspect of quality throughout the supply chain fromingredient receipt to the manufacture and distribution of the finishedproduct. Manage department initiatives and operate as an SME in QEtechnologies, policies, programs, systems management, and enforce QEcompliance standards. Support the organization in troubleshooting, technical deficiencies,identification of root cause, sustainable corrective and preventativeactions, including reporting resolutions to Senior Leadership. Assure LFC and customer quality standards and expectations are being metby overseeing product evaluations, performance testing, and methodologyreview; and hold authority for disposition of non-conforming finishedproduct and raw materials. Your leadership responsibilities will make a lasting impact to theLeprino business: by demonstrating cross functional leadership to achievestrategic projects; monitor KPIs for QE department such as plant support,staff proficiency, and dependability of results. Ten years of food manufacturing, product development, and quality assurance.We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): A Master's in any of the above disciplines including twelve years as aquality assurance leader in the dairy manufacturing industry (cheese,yogurt, cream, or milk).
