What You’ll Get to Do

Support the Program Management Office (PMO) activities to ensure overall operational excellence of CACI's prime contract supporting the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) customer. As a member of the PMO, you will play a critical role in planning, monitoring and controlling all management and technical activities to deliver the overall program and individual projects on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality. You will also identify and mitigate risk, perform problem resolution, demonstrate responsiveness to our customer, and continuously seek business operations improvements through innovative use of people, processes, and tools. As a high-performing member of the PMO, you will be supporting multi-disciplinary technical teams to perform rapid and innovative prototype development of warfighting capabilities that increase lethality, survivability, and warfighter effectiveness in support of the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) mission to exploit national systems, educate warfighters, and influence development of future requirements across multiple technology areas to include: Geolocation and Tagging, Tracking, Locating; Sensor, Data Fusion, and Dissemination; Unconventional / Asymmetric Warfare / Support to Special Operations; Situational Awareness; Cyberspace and Spectrum Warfare Operations; Air Superiority; Command, Control and Spectrum Utilization; Real-Time/Near Real Time Large Data Analytics and Virtualization. Projects in the portfolio will range in quantity, scope, duration, and complexity. Projects are designed to transition to warfighters and/or national intelligence agencies for operational use, sustainment and appropriate acquisition Programs of Record for further development.

More About the Role

  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan (QMP) which comprehensively documents approved quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement approaches to ensure quality across the program and projects in accordance with service level agreements

  • Conduct QC and QA audits in accordance with the QMP on all contract deliverables and processes; Collect and analyze performance metrics from project teams; conduct quality management reviews with Task leads; implement preventive/corrective actions; report findings in MSR

  • Monitor and control quality activities in accordance with the QMP; measure and report on program quality; identify issues proactively and conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and mitigations as part of continuous improvement

  • Measure, track and ensure contract performance objectives are met or exceeded; Collect and maintain repository of metrics on HOPE 360 portal; prepare metrics to support performance award fee reports

  • Collect and prepare subcontractor performance feedback for input into the CACI Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems Subcontractor Performance Scorecard

  • Propose innovation efficiencies to improve overall quality of people, processes, and tools

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive communications management plan as an appendix to the HOPE project management plan to ensure continuous communications with FEDSIM, AF TENCAP, and other government stakeholder are effective across remote locations

  • Maintain repository of quality deficiencies IAW DoDI 5000.2 and share with FEDSIM and AF TENCAP via Quality Deficiency Reports

  • Perform change management activities to ensure new approaches and processes updated from stakeholder feedback and lessons learned adopted; validate through updated quality audits

  • Coordinate with CACI Operational Excellence Team to coordinate Excellence+ reviews

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Top Secret Clearance

  • At 10 years direct experience developing, implementing and leading performance measurement programs.

  • Demonstrated experience in evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLA) and how best to measure those requirements against stated service specification goals

  • Experience automating measurement and reporting of performance metrics.

  • Strong analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions.

  • Coordinate with Project leads on implementing and maintaining Government Approved CONOPs on how best to meet contractual obligations.

  • BA/BS Degree

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

  • Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required for clearance).

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
