Job DescriptionRyan Companies is looking for an organized, innovative, collaborative andforward-thinking Senior Project Architect to join our team in Denver, CO!The ideal candidate will be able to problem solve and design both as part of acollaborative team and perform work independently. Candidates withapproximately 12 years of experience are most likely to be successful,however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for therole will be considered. Ryan Companies uses a unique integrated deliveryprocess that involves architecture, engineering, construction,development, real estate management and capital markets. Ryan's integratedprocess requires an individual to be able to work in a proactive and positivemanner in tandem with local teams and cross regionally within a nationaldesignSome things you can expect to do:Leads team to solve problems and apply basic principles of designLeads design documentation efforts throughout the design and constructionphases of multiple projectsAttends project interviews and participates in business developmentProject DeliveryLeads team of Architects and Designers through the design process ofcomplex, large projectsLeads design team efforts for a complete set of construction documents andconstruction phases to meet project goals, milestones and scheduleLeads design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetingsLeads and coordinates project design schedulesProvides guidance on unusual or complex technical issuesResearch and leads code reviews and regulatory approval processManages and coordinates Ryan's QA/QC process and project specificationsIdentifies and clearly communicates deviations in project scopeTo be successful in this role, you must have a Professional Architecturedegree; Bachelor or Master of Architecture. You must be a licensed Architectwith relevant work experience and a strong knowledge of Revit, buildingcodes, documentation and constructability.You will really stand out if you:Have experience working in Bluebeam.Are LEED AP Certified and/or WELL AP Certified.
