Act as a technical subject matter expert.Communicate savings shortfalls and performance results to relevant broaderMcKinstry team to provide feedback on the development phase.Communicate technical service benefits, monitoring project status and otherrelevant requirements to stakeholders.Facilitate communication internally between the project team and otherdepartments.Make presentations to a variety of audiences; act as technical subjectmatter expert.Project DeliveryConduct audits of customer facilities to ensure operating efficiency,optimum air quality, and compliance with the energy policy.Conduct pre- and post-measurements and surveys as required for completion ofthe MandV Plan.Coordinate vendors and sub-contractors for completion of the project scope.Define and document energy management strategies for customer facilitiesincluding "best practice" recommendations.Develop and document detailed Measurement and Verification (MandV) plansfor energy projects.Develop and manage internal and external scope including Key PerformanceIndicators to evaluate services in comparison to metrics with the goal ofdelivering projects on time and in budget; update project plans accordingly.Develop monitoring processes and services for the completion of the MandV plan.Evaluate and communicate project risk with relevant stakeholders.Generate reports to document project, service and financial performance.Support Technical Services leadership in the financial management ofprojects; identity, assess and mitigate potential project cost impacts.Project SupportCoordinate with the enterprise platform team and other internal and externalresources for implementation and management of product and support services.Document best practices and lessons learned to improve the design andoperational practices.Perform assessment and inventory of energy-using equipment, occupancypatterns, and building control systems.Support broader McKinstry team in rebates, award applications, MandVreports, and grant proposals.Team DevelopmentAssist with the development of individual goals for staff and provideperformance reviews for assigned staff.Provide supervision, mentorship, and motivation to...
