The SchedulingEngineer II will perform non-routine planning and scheduling assignments thatrequire the selection and application of scheduling principles andtechniques.ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight of all planning and scheduling activitiesSupport supervision through the preparation, monitoring, and updating ofarea schedules; and assisting site management to formulate action plans tocorrect scheduling problemsDraft and computerize schedule network diagrams, monitoring and eliminatingpotential problemsQualificationsRequired Skills:Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication,problem-solving, and leadership skillsDetail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasksMicrosoft Office, project and pertinent web application skills at anintermediate levelMinimum two years construction scheduling or equivalent experienceCurrent driver's licenseEducation:Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, or ArchitecturalEngineering, Construction Management, or equivalent fieldMortenson is an EOE/Affirmative Action/M/F/Veteran/Disabled employer.
