You will work closely with Sales Leaders andAccount Executives across AMER to drive our continued growth, and to help tobuild solutions that have an impact on our Customer's business.. TheSolution Engineer will also act as an evangelist of Salesforce Maps to variousinternal stakeholders to create meaningful collaboration strategies to enablea team selling environment and drive scale to continue the product's growth.The successful candidate will be focused on customer success, deliveringworld-class customer solutions, and is not afraid to think creatively on howSalesforce Maps can have an impact. They can demonstrate understanding ofindustry trends and market opportunities to develop new solutions and relevantpoints of view, and have numerous examples of bringing new thinking; tocustomers, your team and your current company. The ideal individual will beproactive, a great collaborator, passionate and a proven individual andteam contributor as they work with some of the biggest brands and companies inResponsibilities:Partner with Account Executives to understand our Customer's unique businessgoals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.Present Executive level product demonstrations to key business Stakeholdershighlighting the Value of Salesforce MapsBe a SME, both internally and externally, through establishing technicalcredibility and professional rapport with client account stakeholders throughproduct demonstrations and technical discovery callsBe an innovator who can create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking toenable client's business initiatives to be realizedExecute enablement activities (Webinars, Best Practices, KnowledgeShare, etc.) to both our Customers and our internal peers.Actively enable the broader Solution Engineering team and cross-functionaldistribution to team to more effectively position the value of the SalesforceMaps solution within the Salesforce portfolioBecome an expert in all Salesforce Maps applications while maintaining a veryhigh proficiency in the Salesforce platformRoutinely engage with sales and product development teams to provide productand client feedback and identify opportunities to further improve ourproducts, sales/implementation processes, and overall customer experiencePartner with Account Executives to identify and utilize Salesforce internalresources (Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, etc.) to buildSalesforce Maps brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and closeenterprise business dealsRequirements/QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related industryPrior experience using Salesforce as a power user or adminSalesforce Certifications a plus - current Administrator, ArchitectPrevious experience working with enterprise-level clients in a Pre-Sales orSolution Engineering capacityExcellent speaking and presentations skills and experience both in-person andover-the-webSuperb writing skills and experience with both internal and externalcommunicationsStrong time management skills, allowing for multiple projects and salescycles to run in parallelCreative mindset and the ability to think outside of the box with a desire todevelop solutions for enterprise-level customersBusiness acumen with experience transforming business process to attainbusiness goals of our customersAccommodations - If you require assistance due to a disability applying foropen po
