This team is responsible for running the business of Sales. We work to drive efficiencies and growth in the sales organization, by 1) Promoting high-value sales activities that direct the sales behavior that most benefits the company while 2) Implementing strategies that motivate the sales organization to achieve their sales goals and maximize their incentive compensation earnings.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis — you will review the sales pipeline and actuals information, and work towards unraveling the data to identify patterns and next steps.

Process Documentation —you will work to review the documentation of our sales organization, and help to drive metrics around how we the Sales Department is performing through those processes.

System Optimization— you will work in all of our sales systems to drive improved performance. Typical systems of use would be salesforce.com and Tableau or any new systems introduced into the organization.

Qualifications

  • Preferred majors include MIS, Math & Finance

  • Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability with Sales Systems, inclusive of Salesforce.com; Tableau is a plus

  • Strong interest in Technology

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Presentation skills and confidence presenting to large groups

  • Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth

  • Strong interest in Data Analytics

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree during the time of the internship (Summer 2021)

Compensation & Benefits

Target Compensation - $15/hr - $17/hr
