To enable our continued growth, we are looking to add top talent toResponsibilitiesThis position requires intimate involvement with every facet of businessdevelopment to increase market share and sales within a defined geographicsales territory. This position requires the ability to work closely withmunicipal engineers, design engineers, civil engineers, residential /commercial developers and specifying agencies. The expectation of the fieldsales engineer is to increase the market share on all of our product lines bygaining specifications on our products in the design stage of projects.Candidate should reside in Denver metro area.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:* Generate leads on projects in the design stage for all product lines* Increase the number of approvals and specifications for our products.* Cultivate and maintain strong personal, professional, and customerrelationships* Grow market share.* Participate in trade shows and other events that promote our products andapplications.* Develop and maintain relationships with key engineer and regulators in yourterritory.* Active involvement in industry trade association meetings and events.* Daily calls on design firms and regulators to generate new projectspecifications, gain conversions via specifications and gain approvals asnecessary- An average of 15-20 physical calls per week- Average 1-2 lunch and learns and/or professional organizationpresentations per week.- Work with state and local DOT, DEP, county and municipal agencies, etc.* Enter and track projects in our CRM system.* Must maintain a complete understanding and application knowledge of allproduct lines.Work with sales team to gain specifications and approvals for our products.EEO StatementAdvanced Drainage Systems is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, andall qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment withoutregard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, genderidentity, national origin, disability status, protected veteranstatus, or any other characteristic protected by law.City Name(s): Denver CO Metro
