WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager for our New York, NY, Washington, DC, Denver, CO, Virginia Beach, VA,San Diego, CA, Federal Way, WA and/or Seattle, WA offices.

The Project Manager will function in a key leadership role promoting and spearheading critical civil design projects, both domestic and international, for federal clients. The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage project budgets and schedules

  • Lead teams of engineers and designers to produce project deliverables for municipal and military projects.

  • Responsible for business development efforts with private and public sector clients.

  • Review technical reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience leading the design of large civil projects

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from an accredited program

  • PE license

  • Strong business development capabilities and track record

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Team-oriented attitude

  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Department of Defense project experience and airfield design experience
