HNTB is currently seeking aProject Manager I - Engineering Aviation in our Denver, CO office.Job SummaryResponsible for the leadership and management of a team in support of theproject's profitable operation. Responsible for proactively managing theprojects technical budget (direct labor and expenses, including technicalsub-consultants), schedule, technical requirements, contractualobligations, project communications and HNTB's 4 for 4 performance:delivery of quality work, on time, on budget and to the client'ssatisfaction on every project. Responsible for gross revenue of EssentialRespoPerforms technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design,specification and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient andcost-effective execution of assigned projects.Actively manages project scope, schedule and budget. Serves as the primaryclient liaison to bring the schedule, budgets and scope of work tocompletion and to the client's satisfaction.Implements the firm's project delivery plan using HNTB's SophisticatedDelivery Approach (SDA) on each project.Develops project scope and fee quotation, and assists in the preparation ofproposals and contracts.Coordinates work efforts and reviews of work performed by project team.Supervises and mentors team to overall project objectives.Oversees project staffing with departments, offices and divisions.Performs other duties as assigned.Additional ResponsibilitiesBridge Project Manager I- Structural analysis, design and detailing of highway and railroad bridgesand other transportation related structures and providing complete designefforts with minimal direction.- Responsible for preparation and completion of discipline engineering designsthat are responsive to project needs.- Coordinates preparation of design details, plans, and drawings withinassigned task areas.- Coordinates design development and/or assist in providing technicaldirection to the scope of projects; provides senior-level technicalexpertise on bridge projects associated with conceptual engineering,detailed engineering designs, and preparation of contracts for construction.- Develops project design criteria, design calculations, constructiondetails, quantities and cost estimates.- Investigative hand and computer based analyses in support of assigned designtasks.- Prep
