WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Manager Electrical / Low Voltage / Special Systems for our Denver office for the Concourse Expansion Program Management Team at Denver International Airport. This contract supports the major program to expand the concourses by adding gates and support space.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management the designer and contractor with respect to electrical, low voltage and special systems

  • Serve as the interface with PMT management and airport management related to the project

  • Preparing project related report and analysis

  • Manage the process with the relevant project stakeholders to ensure overall electrical and special systems scope have been properly coordinated with no scope gaps across the project participants

  • Coordinating and communicating with internal (airport) and external (airline, utility, etc.) stakeholders and supporting the designer and contractor by providing timely and accurate information and approvals as needed to further the implementation of project electrical, low voltage and systems implementation

  • Duties are to be performed in accordance with the airport’s Project Management Guidelines which include best practices for PM customized for the airport’s specific needs

  • Support the Program Management Team in the delivery airport special systems, electrical and low voltage systems to ensure on time and under budget delivery

  • Provide expertise and recommendations in the areas of electrical, low voltage, and special systems

Experience Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience

  • Employment authorization to work in the United States immediately.

  • Local candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific large project experience and airport experience preferred.
