WSP is currently initiating a search for a Mechanical Systems Project Manager for our Denver office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Applies principles, methods or tools for project execution including project schedules, coordination, monitoring, evaluating, and management of project resources and performance for a variety of projects.
Works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the various mechanical projects and advises others on technical issues.
Works with facility standards to ensure compliance, initiates changes, and implements into projects.
Prepares project justifications and administers the budget for projects to ensure cost-effective support of project.
Organizes work, sets priorities, and determines resources required to meet project objectives.
Coordinates with on-site authority having jurisdiction and other parts of the organization including maintenance staff to accomplish goals.
Establishes and maintains constructive and cooperative interpersonal relationships with peers, managers, and staff from other organizations both internal and external.
Identifies problems, determines accuracy and relevance of information, uses sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives and makes recommendations.

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Registered Colorado Professional Engineer
3+ years of engineering experience as a Professional Engineer
Knowledge of National Building and Fire Codes
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Employment authorization to work in the United States immediately.
Proficiency with Unifier or another project management software.
Project Management Professional
