Mechanical Engineer - MEP Consulting Engineering Firm is looking for a self- motivated individual with experience in HVAC- Plumbing building system design.
5-7 years of related experience
Project Management experience
Ability to communicate effectively with clients as well as co-workers
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Strong work ethic and Self-motivated
Knowledge regarding Psychometrics, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Trane Trace, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and BIM coordination/clash detection
Be the Point of contact for all external relations for projects. Created and maintained project schedules & milestones.
Internal project lead working to create and oversee development of project plans and specifications.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of CO
Conducted full MEP-S site surveys and provided documentation of existing conditions.
QA/QC all MEPS drawings for project scope and overall compliance, ensuring documents are accurate & complete.
Liaison between client & MEPS for all CA documents, RFIs, CO reviews, shop drawings & submittals.
Provided clients with all required close out documents, punch lists, commissioning reports and sign-off documents.
Client communication to establish new projects, schedules, scope of work and all required documents.
