We are looking for adedicated leader like you to be a part of our team.A Divisional Director of Engineering shall provide technical and projectsupport to all the Directors of Facility Management in his or herDivision(s). He or she shall ensure that all corporate programs areimplemented and all MEP guidelines are adhered to. Annually each facilityadministrative team shall be provided with an evaluation of their plantoperations team performance.Duties include but not limited to:Visit each facility on a regular basis and provide oversight to the Directorof Facility Management to ensure that the campus is maintained and operated toHCA standards.Work with each facilities administrative team if performance improvement plansare needed or in progress for the Director of Facility ManagementReview all facility and RCAP funded projects for scope to ensure all MEPissues are included and that they adhere to the HCA MEP design guidelinesCommission all facility and RCAP funded projects. Assist the Corporate Cxengineer with the planning, review and commissioning of all corporate fundedprojects.Ensure that all Engineering compliance and MRO programs are fully implementedMaintain a condition assessment database for all assets in the CMMS systemContinuously prioritize all capital requests within the division(s) inorder to assist Engineering to address the most urgent needsProvide interim support in the event a facility is temporary without aDirector of Facility ManagementProvide onsite assistance to facilities that are experiencing an emergencylike a hurricane, earthquake, etc.Provide assistance to HCA Planning and engineering consultants performing duediligence for corporately funded Construction and Equipment and EngineeringprojectsSupport facilities with technical expertise during projects and supervisemajor shutdowns when neededContinuously monitor the status of the regulatory compliance programs at eachfacilityAt least annually provide each facilities senior management with an evaluationof their plant operations departments performanceAssist facilities in the hiring / firing of plant operations staffEvaluate vendor performance at each facilityTrack the key performance indicators available in the CMMS system for eachfacility and address with the DFM when needed.Report up to Engineering through the Regional Engineering...
