Responsibilities:
Conducts onsite visits to potential clients and subject property inspections
Analyzes potential projects and whether energy efficiency tax incentives are appropriate
Manages multiple engagements/projects
Communicates project status with internal and external clientele
Analyzes information and appropriately identifies technical issues
Reviews junior members’ work product
Manages project budgets
Mentors and develops junior team members
Presents the report and findings to clientele
Assists in the hiring, training and mentoring of staff
Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
Provides timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
Assists with practice development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
EA designation preferred. If not certified, must obtain certification within 2 years of hire date.
Experience with IRS-approved energy modeling software preferred
Experience with 179D preferred
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Ability to identify technical issues, analyze information and report findings to the client
Previous experience training and leading a successful team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%

Compensation Range (Denver Market ONLY): $87,000-$124,000
